Thomas J. Manzke, President
With over 25 years experience in trucking and refuse, Tom's insistence on excellence reaches every aspect of the company. A competitive desire has aided Tom in his leading the company's expansion into a variety of markets.
Kenneth S, Drenth, Secretary/Treasurer
Having virtually "grown up" in the trucking business, Ken provides customers with more than 20 years of industry experience. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Ken oversees the company's maintenance program and shop operations at all our locations.
Steven Ruckert, General Manager
Starting as a truck driver, Steven has worked his way up at KRD Trucking. He assists with start-up operations at new facilities and oversees the staff of truck drivers.
John McGee, Vice President of Operations
With years of experience in managerial skills, John oversees our regional divisions and is responsible for ensuring operations are running efficiently.
Kenneth Andresen, Financial Officer
Ken is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including equipment financing and corporate insurance.
Shane Schmidt, Fleet Manager
In charge of all our shop locations, Shane maintains our rigorous, company-wide preventative maintenance program. He ensures each vehicle KRD Trucking puts on the road meets all applicable D.O.T. standards.
Anthony Dykstra, Safety Manager
Safety is of paramount concern to KRD Trucking, and Anthony ensures it remains that way. He conducts regular safety meetings at all our sites and is responsible for OSHA & D.O.T. compliance.
Mike Schelinski, Fleet Maintenance Manager/TMT Administrator
Mike has brought 25+ years of waste equipment maintenance background. His role with the KRD team is to oversee the maintenance of the equipment. Throughout his experience he’s developed thorough skills which ensure our shops are running in the most productive and efficient manner as possible.
